Windows
Unique to Sunsational Sunroom is the energy efficient premium GenTech Argon LowE Plus vinyl window. The plus glass treatment suppresses the formation of droplets and repels airborne dirt and particles to keep windows cleaner longer. available and dual operating, tilt-out windows. 36", 42" and 48" widhts with operating tempered glass. Windows are U.S. Department of Energy "Energy Star" rated.
Walls
Walls are constructed of 3"EPS foam insulation and laminated with Vinyl Durex or wood laminated panel. [EPS] is a high performance insulation specified by architects nationwide for many of today's enegy-efficient homes.
Roof
Our roof styles include gable and studio. The solid roof features insulated LRP (Laminated Roof Panels) that have a unique EPS foam core. This core is a great insulator against the outside elements. Options include 3", 4", and 6" thick roof systems, skylights, and electrical raceways for ceiling fans and lighting.
Electrical
Each one of our sunrooms comes with a complete electrical package, out door lighting, and exterior outlet. Optional electrical raceways in the walls and ceiling open up the possibility for fans.
